AJU Miller Intro to Judaism Course

Looking to convert to Judaism?
Born Jewish and want to know more?
Sharing your life with a Jew and want to crack the code?

We are so pleased that the November cohort of American Jewish University’s signature Intro course will be held at TBS! The course explores Jewish culture, history, and wisdom in a setting where questions are more important than answers. Classes are joined with beautiful Shabbat celebrations, supportive discussion groups, individualized Hebrew reading instruction, and many opportunities for interactive, experiential learning. Classes can be completed at your own pace — speed it up or slow it down — whatever works for your busy life.

The course runs from November 1st, 2018 through March 14th, 2019.  To learn more, take a look at the schedule, dive a little deeper into the curriculum, get answers to your questions, and when you’re ready, you can easily enroll online.

Completion of the Intro Program fulfills the learning requirements for conversion of the Rabbinical Assembly of America. Once you finish the course requirements and secure a sponsoring rabbi, you are eligible to become officially part of the Jewish People. Your sponsoring rabbi will discuss the details of the actual conversion ceremony.
